Pauline Van Meter loves Lynchburg, Virginia! In fact, she says, "I live in Kentucky, but my heart is in Lynchburg!" Why does she love Lynchburg so much? Because of Jerry Falwell and Liberty University.

Many years ago, Pauline started watching Dr. Jerry on TV. She says she remembers rushing home from church on Sunday afternoons so she wouldn't miss The Old-Time Gospel Hour! In 1990, Pauline was invited to join the Board of Regents. She quickly accepted and began traveling to Lynchburg for the annual meetings and Super Conference.

Pauline loves the entire ministry, but holds a special place in her heart for Liberty University. She believes in Christian education and is so grateful for the wonderful, godly teaching the students receive at Liberty. "I am so thankful for a school that is raising up young 'Champions for Christ!'"

Today, with the help of Harold Knowles and the Planned Giving team at Liberty University, Pauline is ensuring the future of Liberty! She says it is most important to her to manage her finances well, so that she can give as much as possible to the ministry. Working with our knowledgeable team, Pauline has established a Christian will and purchased annuities that will benefit Liberty University for years to come.
